Hard working, friendly and responsive are the first three things that come to mind about this company. I called them about a crack that had just appeared in my windshield, and Christina walked me through the whole process, including sitting on the phone with me on hold for 20 minutes with the insurance company. (time for a new agent) They found the windshield for my '25 RAM and their trained technician installed and calibrated it that afternoon. Great job and fast service. Highly recommend.

Jody and Christina at EC Auto Glass went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I had been working on for weeks. If you have a c5 corvette with the HUD, you probably know how much of a nightmare sourcing glass can be. They were able to not only locate a panel, but also point me in the right direction for aquiring it, all without me having to spend a dime for their service. They are truly helpful folks who clearly care about their people and business. Even though they couldn't install it for fear of warranty liability (let's be honest, it's unobtanium, I don't blame them), they were instrumental in helping me solve that piece of the puzzle.
